All orders are shipped insured UPS unless otherwise specified in item description
Large freight items such as doors,screens,furniture or mantels over 6 ft. will be insured and trucked Fed-Ex freight {occasionally personal delivery is available on large custom orders}
If your order is recieved damaged contact us immediately to start insurance claim and/or replacement
For all other return or exchange requests contact us within 3 days of recieving shipment.
We will replace damaged or defective items whenever possible or issue a credit or refund.
*No refund will be made on personalized custom orders {unless personalized incorrectly} If incorrect, return item with corrected information and we will replace and pay all shipping charges.
